I am not as optimistic about the future of this company as the new management clearly is. The entire strategy has shifted to aggressive top line revenue generation at the expense of their HR capital some of which were bullied to tears at work. Clearly this is major problem but nobody can deal with it as it filters from the very top and works its way down the chain.
