Pros
Production workers knowledgeable - long tenure. Union Shop with the typical issues. Large customer / Representative base in the United States. Built a quality product and few long time employees worked hard / long hours to keep the company going.
Cons
In the end ; the company did not value long time employees with experience. Over and over did not value the existing customers ; scheduled ship dates were not being met. Many reschedules without reasonable excuses. H R mishandled exit of many layed off employees. Top management had revolving door.
