      Flexibility to work from home (permanent WFH option) - Salary comes on 31st-1st every month - Lots of learning. have learn more here in 6 months time than i learnt in 2 years elsewhere - HR policies are excellent, they really care about you as a Trantor team member - Virtual events such as Secret Santa and festive celebrations helps to foster a strong sense of community - The team dynamic and people working is great - Mediclaim is a great add on - Leadership is focused and visionary and great at what they do. I see a lot of growth happening for Trantor"

      Pros

      Good environment to learn new technologies. Staff is supportive.

      Cons

      Most of people want to leave Trantor before confirmation (i.e. 6 Month), because after that, they have to serve 3 months notice period. You have to serve the notice period for 3 months in order to take relieving letter (No other option is available) On the name of the Increment they give chiller to the employees & this is the main reason people don't want to join the company or want to switch. Iteration rate is high due to notice period & increments.
