      Pros

      Ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Trapeze is owned by Volaris, which is part of the Modaxo group. Which is owned by the holding company, Constellation Software (wrap your head around that one). As such, there are no leaders, only managers. High profit and ultra low expenses create unnecessary issues.

      Pros

      Generous pay structure, including bonuses and commission. I was not with the company long enough to receive bonuses.

      Cons

      Zero training. I came into this role brand new to the industry and wasn’t given any parameters to operate within. Everything was up to me on how I operated, but with no experience in the industry I didn’t know what to do.
