Pros

It likely won’t be around in a few months

Cons

We have the most dishonest leadership in the world. Our CEO gets on every all hands and lambasts us with how bad we are without ever self reflecting that it’s his horrible leadership that has ruined this company. RIF after RIF to “right size” the company has been based on his complete distortion of reality.

As stated on my last post to Glassdoor, I want to clarify that there has not been a reduction in force (RIF) at TNS in over a year and a half.We recently completed both eNPS survey and our Gallup Engagement Surveys, with nearly 100% participation and an eNPS score of 46. The concerns raised in this review don’t align with the themes we hear internally, but that doesn’t make your experience any less important.Every voice matters, and I’m committed to listening, learning, and continuing to build a culture we can all be proud of. I have worked at TravelNet Solutions for several years and have seen the company evolve through leadership changes, product updates, process shifts, and some growing pains along the way. While not every transition has been perfect, what stands out is the consistent effort to improve, listen, and move forward. This is a company that genuinely cares about its clients and its people. The hospitality industry is complex and fast paced, and TNS operates in a space that requires constant innovation. Change is part of that. What I appreciate is that leadership continues to refine systems, clarify roles, and invest in product enhancements rather than staying stagnant. Pros: • Strong client focus and commitment to long term partnerships • Opportunities to take ownership and grow professionally • Smart, hardworking teammates who care about results • Leadership that is open to feedback and evolving processes • Real investment in product development and industry presence

Cons

Cons: • Growth and restructuring can create temporary ambiguity • Communication during change can sometimes lag behind execution • The pace is fast, which is not for everyone

Pros

I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews but I will share that this company is on a very positive trajectory and we are growing. We have a great CEO who is transparent and honest with employees and an ELT that is always looking to improve operations for the better. The departments and teams behind the software are some of the best in the business and there is a genuine feeling amongst everyone that we are headed towards an exciting future. There is a lot to love with this company, including the opportunities for growth, open door approach with management and valuable monthly company meetings. I am excited to be a part of the trajectory of this company.
