      Pros

      Great Culture Free Fruit The people who work here (including team leads/managers) are really the only thing keeping it alive, some are the best people I have worked with.

      Cons

      Location Communication Language Stack Tech used is internal Outside of the people, there is nothing that makes it a desirable job. I have spoke with others, and they will miss-sell the job, getting you to join and telling you things will change, when they will not, and I do not understand why they would do this. If I had known this, I would have not took the job.

      Pros

      I worked for Traveltek for a year. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for in my whole career. The Managing Director is a bully and can not manage at all. They use bully management to get results by shouting at their employees. You can never get hold of head developers to get answers and when you do it is like you are being a pain and spoken to very abruptly. There is no support in place. I felt very unhappy while working for Traveltek.
