Pros
I learn something new every day and have coworkers I am happy to call friends outside of work. It's a very relaxed environment and dog friendly! We really are a team and strive to have fun in the very stressful industry that is travel. I didn't think I would last thru my first week and I am here 21 years later.
Cons
Things happen that you have no control over and you need to take it all in stride and learn how to fix problems that you had nothing to do with creating. It can be very frustrating but it's the nature of the travel management business.
