      Pros

      good overtime opportunities, training is ok, good reputation for the most part, variety of local jobs, can advance if you work your butt off

      Cons

      starting pay is low, they work you like a dog, docked if you miss a day before or after a holiday

      Pros

      None everyone was nasty and were drunk or on drugs

      Cons

      The veterans constantly give new employees a hard time which has ended up in injury often and the boss Andy ignores it. They also tell you they will pay you one fee and underpay you.
