      Pros

      -Allowed remote work -previous leadership (that I was hired under) was strong and valued humanity

      Cons

      -micro management -arrogant, unrealistic, and unapproachable “leadership” -the work life balance doesn’t exist in this sales dept -customers can taste the company’s desperation -nepotism and the “boys club” culture -under industry standard compensation -blatant misogyny

      Some great people with collaboration.

      Cons

      Constant leadership changes and layoffs. Communication from leadership very inconsistent. Very metric vs people minded. They layoff people on paternity leave. Layoff people to hire new people at a lower pay rate. Metrics are unattainable due to technology not being ready, bad reputation in the industry, customer support lacking.
