If you enjoy being a nameless number in a meat grinder, this is the place for you. Leadership has traded innovation for "cost-cutting" (layoffs) while failing to deliver a coherent product. XDR was big failure and we all know the rest of the story. Trellix is coasting on a legacy names (FireEye/mcafe) that is rapidly losing relevance. The culture is defined by nepotism over ability. HR is a ghost department that watches while favoritism and toxic management styles run rampant. With zero pay raises in 3 years and no path for growth, this company isn't just "behind the market"—it's an organizational autopsy in progress. STG killed 2 well known brands and now struggling to make any profit, IPO or sell off. If anyone wants to see the sad reality we all know that McAfee and FireEye have been a leader in the Gartner for many years so where is Trellix?
