Pros

Ability to work with some great social sector clients and can learn a lot from the devs. and ops. team...if you have the patience of a saint or Buddha.

Cons

Have never encountered a more abusive, controlling, condescending, or misguided head of a business. CEO is involved in all tasks from business development, to visual design--to a point where I was punished for pushing a business development conversation with an eager client because he wasn't on the call. Besides not having enough hours in the day to do all these jobs well, it creates a culture of dependency and sense that he doesn't trust anyone else to do the job. Also says awful things about teammates to those not present--including myself once I departed. Culture of fear and mismanagement explains the extremely high turnover rate. Not that people can't cut it...

Pros

Great clients, good management, some chaos. This is a virtual company with a fair amount of flexibility.

Cons

If it works, don't fix it.

Pros

You're able to work with a great team with some of the best and brightest. Opportunities to work with great clients. Trellon is active in drupalcon, meetups, and camps, so there's lots of travel. The team also works remotely, and gets to set their own hours.

Cons

Sometimes people stick around too long, even when they don't quite fit the culture or produce at the high level expected of them.
