The senior management's attitude is very unprofessional. When I raised concerns about it with HR and my manager, they tried to silence me instead of addressing the issue. I was even threatened with a bad reference for future jobs. The salary structure is disappointing—it's more about how long you've been here rather than the quality or quantity of your work. Unless you're constantly buttering up your managers, don't expect any growth. Leads won’t support you in conflicts; they’re either scared or focused on keeping themselves safe. And taking issues to HR? It only makes things worse.
