In a sea of bad companies out there, I am grateful to be at Trends. We have town halls where we get to know what's going on with the company. The president is cool and easy to talk to - he encourages positive culture and fresh ideas. My leadership is the best I've had in my career. I know that can vary from department to department, but honestly I don't see a lot of people leaving. From where I sit, things look organized, well communicated, and thought through. I feel valued and empowered here. Just like anywhere, some of the bad reviews on here are from people who just like to complain. They don't know how good they have it.
