      Pros

      The leadership has put together a high performing company that is further powered by specialized “sister” companies under the ProPharma/Planet Equity group. Treximo is packed with strong talent to work with and learn from. The company is exploding with opportunities as it quickly grows organically while also benefiting from acquisitions in the larger ProPharma group of companies and the amazing recruiting power of Planet Pharma. Career opportunities will be numerous for talented individuals ready to work hard in a fast-growing company.

      Cons

      With the sharp growth trajectory of the company, hours can be long and stress high in a company always focused on exceeding client expectations. For employees, this can mean delivering multiple projects running in parallel while new staff are found and brought up to speed to support new engagements or to replace those team members that may have left. Benefits could be improved - they don’t match what you will find if you work with a manufacturer in the healthcare space.

      Pros

      One of the major pros about this company are the people that work here. The manager that I have is extremely supportive, transparent, and a strong advocate for their FSP employees.

      Cons

      Merge with PPG hasn't been the smoothest but that's expected with growing companies.

      Pros

      interview process was convenient and relatively easy

      Cons

      Total lack of transparency after signing contract for full-time W2 position. Multiple changes in start date, no substantive follow-up, evasive and deceptive responses for weeks. A signed contract means NOTHING to these people. Don't waste your time.
