And I do mean that. Ethics are dubious Unless you're salaried, expect to do a 10 hr a day job in 8 hrs, not be paid for all the overtime you do but if you "don't" do said "overtime", paid or unpaid and fall behind, expect to be called out publicly in department emails. And if you're salaried, same thing. Finally: You ARE disposable.
