Opportunities abound if you apply yourself. The owners, the Massry family, are amazing people that give back to community in more ways than anyone realizes, yet remain incredibly humble. The pay is ok. The benefits are ok. Very high standards of upkeep for the sites.

Minimal support from senior management at times. A bit stingy with vacation... third week at ten years. No consistency in standards from property to property.
