Pros
Pretty decent DM staff, nice terminals/ facilities, quality trucks, pretty accommodating staff, great benefits.
Cons
Don’t assist with reteaming. They will terminate you if you can’t find your own partner within a month. Not much room for advancement or salary increase unless you get recruited for classified fleets or unless you get federal security clearance and move to flatbed which of course isn’t guaranteed.
