Metaphorically, you drive your own bus. You make your own rules and you live or die by your own results. VP is absolutely top notch as a mentor Direct client relationships

Below industry compensation and ZERO raises in over 4 years. Employee recognition was based on popularity and sub par qualifications (most were recognized for merely performing the basic functions of their job and/or less than spectacular efforts). Deflecting accountability and ownership of poor decisions increased exponentially as you go up the hierarchy in the organization - a primary cause of diminishing morale.
