Pros

It's been 5 years for me working at TriGlobal. I've seen the company when it was still located in Sliedrecht, I've worked in the branche office in Rotterdam and now I'm working in the 'new' office in Dordrecht (Rotterdam area). It's crazy to look back and see all the changes the company has been through, in a good way of course. 5 years ago only 4 people were working for the company and currently it has 30 employees. Growth never goes without a challenge so we've been through a couple. But I can really say from the bottom of my heart that the company values are honest and pure. Working at TriGlobal means rapid change every 6 months, personal growth, room to explore who you are and what you like to do most, et cetera. It's unique in a sense that money is not the main driver. We strive to innovate every day, making people's life more efficient and adding value first.

Cons

None that are worth to mention

Pros

most of the staff are nice. they have some good team building activities the job itself is ok, with a lot of interest in the product. helpful hr and cross department communication

Cons

There is a long-term group there who control everything and have a say in new employees. Lack of transparency, with my immediate manager on holidays during my probation. The CEO is a nice guy, but he is peculiar and particular. If you get off on the wrong food, he won't warm to you (he's a bit of a geek). Some of the chat that goes on is annoying and unprofessional, a hard environment to focus in sometimes. Everything is all over the place; there is no proper training implemented for new staff. I was let go, and they tried to do it illegally, thankfully I knew my rights, and threatened to take legal action, not before they threatened me with a lawyer, a small compensation was agreed, but not after i called them out on it. Management is very clicky and it seemed and would spent alot of their time meeting each other. A lot of the software and channels they use are frankly outdated and not very effective, for day-to-day use. Very cost minimalist, outsourcing staff from third world countries, and consistently looking to cut costs, this diminishes consumer satisfaction and the company operations.
