Management is a joke. No communication sometimes for weeks to a month. Pay is not good, make you pay your salary back before you get a commission check. Mandatory weekly sales training, for 2+ hours. Good ole boy network if not in the inner circle. If you leave, your commission will not be paid out. Management listens to you but don't hear what you're saying, your input doesn't matter.
