Pros

Good pay, good benefits, great co-workers. Good job if you are a burly guy. Folks usually leave them a lone. Good job if your all about the benefits. If your single and if you "live to work not Work to Live" Mentality.

Cons

Harrased and assaulted daily by the public. Pending what area you drive, your bus could be shot at. Managers will not back you up no matter what. Once you hit the 3 year mark and your vested, managers do all they can to get rid of you. The union doesn't do well to back you up. If you are assaulted, you can not protect yourself, if you do you can lose your job. Managers are unreasonable. Had a very good time performance of 94%. They pulled me in the office because I wasn't at 100%. Average is 83% on time. Most drivers past and present suffer from PTSD. Close to 200 assaults in one year. Keep your head down and don't talk to the public, couldn't even say hi. The nicer you are and try to help, the greater chance of a complaint.

Pros

Great Benefits and you can choose your work based on seniority.

Cons

You have to be willing to sign for any of the 3 garages, and the work you pick might be a split run.
