      Pros

      Unlimited PTO and benefits. Majority of the employees are compassionate.

      Cons

      Some of the new leadership are not a good fit including g the CFO and head of products. HR needs a major overhaul! It took 2 months to get an offer letter out which is a form letter. They need a new head of HR

      Not a fan of the health insurance plan specifics - high deductible. No 401k match.

      Pros

      The most positive aspect was the reduced in‑office requirement, which offered a more balanced hybrid arrangement.

      Cons

      It was a disorganized environment with no training, poor communication, and a manager who was bossy, unclear, and focused only on herself. Ultimately, the way she treated me is something she will eventually face in return.
