Cons

Marketing is bait and switch - they pose as a lender on a mailer but customers marketed to are subprime and only will see predatory rates from other lenders since in reality we're not a lender. Not there to educate borrowers on all their options and being a fiduciary duty to look out for their best interest - just get them into debt settlement. Low investment in employees tech equipment, they send you an old school heavy computer drive with no wifi, no laptop. High remorse rate even after they close. Most cellular carriers see the company phone number as spam or is blocked so leads go dead. Then management asks why you not making your quote. Our whole training class was let go or left by 6 mos.

Employees experiencing challenges with their equipment are encouraged to reach out to the appropriate channels or the IT Department for prompt support. In terms of communication, while it is true that some carriers may occasionally misidentify our number as spam, such instances are rare and do not define the overall effectiveness of our outreach efforts. Many employees continue to achieve substantial success, earning significant commissions each month despite these occasional hurdles. Lastly, we’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the onboard training and appreciated the opportunity to work remotely.
