Triad RF Systems was founded by a triad of successful engineers. They understand the difficulties associated with RF hardware design and are quick to lend a hand. I grew my technical acumen exponentially working for Triad. It is a startup - you will have as much responsibility for the design as you want. Specification input, component selection, schematic capture, layout, bring-up, and design verification testing are all within job scope - no pigeon holes at Triad. Small company and very flexible, good benefits, and a variety of awesome people from all walks of life to work with. Their products are well designed and perform as specified.

I liked visiting the team in Jersey, but not a fan of living there.
