Just an okay company - Customer Service Tribecar Employee Review

Management was very supportive of their employees. Open to ideas and listening to them working on the ground. Team member was good at doing their expertise area,mentoring by them was a knowedgeable ones. In general i have gained great knowledge and experience during my time there.

Nothing to be complain about here.

High autonomy and informal hierarchy, not a lot of bureaucracy or tedium

Independence required, lots of self-learning sometimes a bit undestructured.
