Pros
Great team, lots of knowledge. The senior guys do a great job coaching, mentoring, and sharing the tribal knowledge required to be competent and confident.
Cons
Days can be loooong. Scheduler is very last minute sometimes, especially if you don't live near Boston or Central CT. I had jobs assigned well after hours, sending me ~3-4H away many times. This meant at 9-10PM I would find out I had to get up at 2-3AM in order to get to the jobsite by 8AM. I would stay until the job is done (expected 5PM, if possible) then get home by 8-9PM. The largest obstacle I had was that everything related to 24 technicians was piped through one over-worked scheduler, which made it very difficult to get office help in a timely fashion.
