Pros

The only positive thing is the wide global network of Engagement Managers around the world, which are very proactive, professional, and committed. The Engagement Managers around the world are the core team that makes your stay at the company bearable.

Cons

There are many cons working at Tridge which you realize as time goes by working here. From a very toxic culture fostered by exaggerated micromanagement from Korean Country Managers, little to no trust from such Korean managers towards their global managers, disrespectful attitudes and behaviors from Headquarters, salary is lower than what their is at the labor market for same/similar position, HQ never keeps their word regarding sales commissions, incentives, and bonuses promised at the on-boarding process and even written at contracts, no space for professional growth within the company, they do not respect your vacations or time-off (they will try to deny vacations everytime you ask for them), they steal the customers you're dealing with fostering a culture of cannibalism within, no respect of personal time (vacations, sick leave, family time, etc.), inexperienced Korean country managers with no knowledge or understanding of agribusiness which leads to very flawed decisions from them, and so on. In a few words, they promise a lot when you are fresh new but keep none of those promises, they are not honorable, and a very toxic place to work. They are very obsessed with growing globally, but have no strategy to do it correctly.

Easy job Relatively good payment

Cons

Lack of tools. There are no resources available to perform the sales role effectively, such as a CRM system, databases, proper lead qualification or any structured, strategic approach to acquiring new customers. Furthermore, management is unable to handle product feedback due to the numerous bugs and issues with the information provided by Tridge Eye, the core product. In short, management is asking for sales without providing the basic tools. Also, be prepared for payments to be delayed by many months, for HR to send apologetic emails, and for you to be asked to work for free.
