Nobody cares about the employees. The toilets are very dirty, no tissue papers over there. while hiring they promises a lot but after joining things can be so so so much delayed, HR never respond on time, if HR respond on time and says she/he will update you asap it means you need to wait for decade. They are having time policy 8:30 , you have work or not you have to stay for 8:30 hours. And most interesting surprise is once you get appraisal they will sign a bond with you that you can't leave company within 6 months if you do then you have to pay the incremental amount. for new joiners they have to wait for 6 months for confirmation of job and 2 years of bond and need to submit 1 lac rs check as bond amount Never having employees welfare function or any event, and if any some how event happens it executes with poor management with poor budget like chindi chor
