Pros

Corporate events, nice colleagues, nice office

Cons

I wouldn't recommend Trilations... Trilations has a policy of making you work full-time for the client at and asking you to do in-house work in the evenings and at weekends. And this isn't menial work. It's almost like a second full-time job. And it's obviously unpaid work. Since there's been a new manager in charge of the OT department (2022), things have got even worse. Trilations launches new initiatives every week and it's up to the workers to take on this work, in their spare time. Can't we just say no? In theory, yes... But the whole promotion system is based on what you can show you've done for Trilations. So you can't really refuse. This policy clearly jeopardises your work-life balance and puts you under constant pressure. It's clearly disadvantageous for women and young parents. Are you a highly ambitious young graduate prepared to work overtime? I wouldn't recommend Trilations either. For the same workload you could be paid 30% more in another company. What's more, promotion is very, very slow at Trilations: you can only be promoted every 2-3 years, and only at set times of the year. And the fringe benefits aren't great either (relatively low-end car).
