      Good technical experience and good pay.

      Business aggressive environment with extreme top down management style. Not much opportunity to grow once you are in.

      Pros

      Good pay. Smart people. Remote work.

      Cons

      Terrible culture. High rotation rate. No bonuses, growth. Products killed all the time. No clear career roadmap. Can be terminated by automation anytime independent of your metrics, contribution or skill level. People much smarter than me were layed off for no apparent reason.
