      Unprofessional Management and HR. Low pay. Inconsistent and unrealistic expectations. Management does not care about employees only their clients. No work life balance. No PTO payout if separated from employer.

      Pros

      Amazing work life balance, felt like a human more than a number at work. You make alot of connections through the numerous in-person social events the organization hosts throughout the year and felt like a family. The client I worked with was very nice.

      Cons

      Pay could be better and bonuses were not clearly stated how it was calculated.
