Great people to work with - Analyst Trilogy Leasing Employee Review

Company and management is very family oriented. They are flexible and understand the stresses and every day life occurrences that pop up with family and children. The other employees are very nice and fun. It is an enjoyable to interact with the other people around the office.

The office itself could use updating. Needs to update it's filing system.

Small company, 'homey' atmosphere. Management works with schedule when needed. Extra 'fun' activities involving all/part of the company. Work with little supervision.

Office space needs to be completely refurbished. Apparently company has been at same location for 18 years with no improvement/changes to the 'look' making it 'shabby'. Small company, when others are out might have to pitch in and take on additional responsibility.
