      Pros

      Great way to get education and teaching experience in a informal setting, only had 10-12 students as an outdoor teacher, supportive staff, provided food and housing. Can use the school sets learned on the job at other educational positions

      Cons

      Very long hours for little pay, sometimes did not get feedback from supervisors until very late in the season. Expectation is that employees only stay for max of 2 years so there isn't much room for professional development

      Pros

      I worked from home and wanted an extra job, a part-time job, to work with others. Trinity Center allowed me to work on weekends. The staff was great, and I really enjoyed meeting and helping the guests that visited.

      Cons

      There were no cons as far as I was concerned.

      Beautiful location, a great chance to get younger generations excited about science

      Cons

      The safety of instructors living on site is not taken seriously. Instructors who advocate for themselves will face retaliation and a toxic work environment
