Business Outlook

Pros

Helpful and friendly coworkers. Insane view of the coast with panoramic windows. Really clean office and location. Unlimited keurig coffee, nespresso and healthy snacks. Nice way to get your foot into the real estate & investment industry. Asking questions is really easy with the open office environment. Working closely with numerous departments to learn a variety of skills involved in the industry. Anytime you want to learn something new there will be someone willing to teach you. Yeah and there's free corporate gym access!

Cons

Dramatic and emotional president. Anyone will tell you after working with the guy after just 3 weeks. So many people were terminated or they just left for good reasons. Understand you will need very thick skin if you work close with him. Commonly people would be leaving after just a few months. Keeping up with the daily duties may be difficult if you aren't a fast learner. Simply put, the largest issue is with the top of the company.
