Pros

The company does empower you to take on more responsibility than other places may if you have minimal experience in the SEO world

Cons

- Management was greatly lacking in leadership abilities - I saw a number of employees leave due to general unhappiness with management and lack of clarity - The office is incredibly small and the silence at times can be deafening - If you come in through the internship route, expect to get the workload of a full-time employee without the appropriate pay

Pros

Trinity Insight was by far the best job I have ever had. No more being treated as a number. This firm of tight knit employees resembles somewhat of a family. They take care of each other, teach, and provide an avenue to create something great. I started out as an intern and knew nothing about SEO. Through the right innovation and encouragement from Trinity Insight, I was quickly able to progress and become a knowledge leader in the industry. The CEO, Craig Smith, is incredibly accessible and always encouraging. If you take an idea to Craig, he does not brush you off like most CEOs I have encountered. Instead, he almost always lets you try it out, because he believes in innovation. It is written right there in the mission statement. All I really have to say is that I loved working at this company. I made some great friends and valuable professional relationships. If you are considering applying to this great company, do it immediately. You won't regret it!

Cons

Smaller companies have limited resources, but what makes this company great is the innovation and skill that is required to find workarounds and progress in the face of competition.
