As a family-run business, you have exposure to all levels within the organization and have an opportunity to have your voice heard. Cons
As a San Francisco based company, it can be a difficult to find housing close to the office requiring many of us to commute from outside the city. While not uncommon, this can be challenging at times and may impact the ability of the company to recruit talent outside the immediate geographical area.
