Pros
I’m glad I took the opportunity to work with Trinity. The company is expanding and there is plenty of room for growth from within. Trinity is based in San Francisco and privately owned so you aren’t “a number” like the huge nationwide companies. I really like the people I work with and senior management is supportive to the site staff.
Cons
The training department is expanding which should be very helpful to new people that come on board. Also started using new technology to make leasing and other processes easier.
