      Benefits seem good. But that is standard for any tech company who wants actual employees.

      Pay is a joke. Merit pay looks like a hiring gimmick more than a real compensation plan.

      Pros

      Open work environment, great people, relaxed environment and attire. Lead tech has a great music setup for the room and the boss is great guy! Everybody here is amazing. My best job yet!

      Cons

      If you don't like working over time, this isn't for you. Theres lots of over-time available only during certain times of the year.
