Pros

The company’s high dynamism and goal-oriented approach create a highly motivating environment for performance-driven professionals. The commitment to high-quality, methodological work processes significantly enhances operational efficiency and ensures consistent results. There is a strong emphasis on strategic excellence, which provides a great platform for those looking to excel in complex B2B environments.

Cons

The pace of rapid scaling naturally brings evolving processes and new learning curves, which brings cummulative value while learning. To further support this growth, implementing more internal process training and mentorship programs would be highly beneficial for team alignment.

Pros

I have been working at Trio for about 2.5 years, and I experienced my return to work after maternity leave here. It was one of the most sensitive periods of my life, and feeling understood and supported as a working mother meant a lot to me. When I returned, having the opportunity to work fully remotely and being supported in using my nursing leave made a real difference in my work-life balance. Being able to spend the time I would normally spend commuting with my baby, while continuing my career without a break, was a big advantage for me. Here, performance is measured more by the value you create than by the hours you spend at your desk. There is a trust-based and result-oriented culture. If you take ownership of your work, you are given space and responsibility. Being able to continue my career while embracing both my professional identity and motherhood has been very important to me, and I feel grateful for that.

Cons

The company is growing very fast and has high energy. This is good, but some processes are still new and changing. Because it has a "start-up" feeling, sometimes you need to take extra responsibilities. If you prefer very strict rules and clear boundaries, this dynamic structure might be difficult for you.
