Pros
The people are awesome. Many employees are team players and help everyone when needed.
Cons
No respect from Lifepoint. Low wages, low morale, no raises, the consistency of the wages across the board, based on work history is poor. A person that has been a medical assistant for 5 years, may be hired on at a higher rate then a current employee is making after 10 years of dedicated service. There is no consistency of pay between Lourdes and Trios. I know an MA that was hired on with 2 years experience and was offered $16/hr while new MAs out of school are starting at $18/hr. I personally have not received a raise in 2 years.
