Pros
hybrid positions are an option. Lots of interns so it’s good for a college student.
Cons
From my perspective, TPS is grappling with significant organizational issues. High turnover, no support, and no training, career development have weakened, and is no longer supported regardless of what a manager tells you. Compensation has declined as hiring trends for TPS favor lower-paid junior staff and interns, (Ive never seen so many interns for a small company) while benefits remain minimal and FMLA is not offered. The overall environment feels uncertain and unsustainable. Lastly project goals are unrealistic and what ever you are hired for be prepared to do things outside of your scope of knowledge it’s just a pool of people scrambling.
