Pros

I have a ton of freedom with TripleTen both within my job scope (management trusts me) and with hours. The emphasis on flexibility and remote work options really allows that progressive approach towards accommodating diverse work styles, which has been beneficial here. The company culture I would say is one of inclusivity and openness. I really enjoy my job scope and day to day tasks I work on, its a very creatively free job! My personal team of 8 within the USA branch is very collaborative, open, trustworthy, and efficient.

Cons

Navigating collaborations between different teams occasionally poses challenges. Improved coordination and streamlined communication channels could enhance cross-team interactions and project efficiency.

Pros

TripleTen provides a supportive and collaborative remote work environment with meaningful opportunities to help students succeed in their career transitions. The role allowed me to strengthen my communication, organization, and problem-solving skills while working with diverse teams and tools. I appreciated the mission-driven culture, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a positive impact on graduates throughout their job search journey.

Cons

While the work itself was meaningful, the role lacked long-term stability, and organizational changes resulted in unexpected layoffs. There were also times when support and communication from higher management could have been stronger, particularly during periods of transition and uncertainty.
