I work as a Curriculum Developer with TripleTen, and my experience has been incredibly positive. From the very beginning, the onboarding process was smooth and well-organized, making my transition into the team seamless. My interactions with my manager and colleagues have been exceptional; they are supportive, open-minded, and genuinely enthusiastic about collaborating. I particularly appreciate how they actively listen to my ideas and encourage innovation, which is both refreshing and empowering. This welcoming environment fosters creativity and allows me to contribute meaningfully to the development of high-quality educational content. Overall, TripleTen has proven to be a dynamic and inclusive workplace where I feel valued and motivated to grow professionally.

Pros

TripleTen provides a supportive and collaborative remote work environment with meaningful opportunities to help students succeed in their career transitions. The role allowed me to strengthen my communication, organization, and problem-solving skills while working with diverse teams and tools. I appreciated the mission-driven culture, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a positive impact on graduates throughout their job search journey.

Cons

While the work itself was meaningful, the role lacked long-term stability, and organizational changes resulted in unexpected layoffs. There were also times when support and communication from higher management could have been stronger, particularly during periods of transition and uncertainty.
