Flexible hours, receive bonus when you publish a certain number of texts in a month.

Cons

Incredibly low pay (especially when you have to spend time researching before starting to write).

Pros

Very flexible work (can choose which topics to take on, and there's no penalty for changing your mind), often a lot of work available, interesting travel topics. If you can write well and are knowledgeable about travel, this is an excellent side gig alongside regular employment or other types of freelancing. The bonus system rewards you when you write well and do a lot of work in one month.

Cons

Fairly low pay per word, some articles have long and complicated guidelines. Some editors seem arbitrarily strict and send articles back for corrections they could make themselves in 20 seconds, while others are far more lenient.

Pros

You can work remotely, claim assignments whenever you want at any given time, at your own pace.

Cons

Lack of constant flow of work and assignments, the process of becoming an author itself is stringent.
