Pros

Management is looking to always help you grow in company, it's not a "I can get stuck type of deal" you can always learn something new. Management does take criticism, and is very helpful at times. Work is busy, and at times stressful, but never to much where you're regretting the work you do, or dreading to work, you're always wanting to go back each and every single day.

Cons

As good as some companies are there are negatives, but I've worked there for a bit over 2 years now, and I've yet to find something bad that makes me want to write it on this review; even though Management might make mistakes time to time(they're human) they accept it, and keep It going forward.

Pros

It was a pleasant place to work until new management hired.

Cons

I had covid in March 2020 and was very ill. I suffered for months after and they weren’t understanding. My daughter had covid but advised tritech I wasn’t near her but she was coming home. Human Resources said I called finish up what I was doing and then leave. Later got a call saying I didn’t leave quick enough and terminated me.

Pros

friendly employees, free coffee before the pandemic

Cons

-Bathrooms are always breaking and the company makes us punch out and use the restrooms at nearby facilities because of this, which recently resulted in a warning from OSHA. Management blamed the employees for this. -Management openly badmouths and belittles employees and treats us like inadequate children -Over worked and under staffed -Terrible pay -No advancement -There is a lot of nepotism in the company as management is notorious for hiring their friends and relatives. -If you get seriously ill and need to take a medical leave of absence, management will pick on you.
