      Pros

      Maybe the free food, some people were friendly but other than that I would suggest to run away from this company

      Cons

      Terrible management, no training of any kind, work/life balance was terrible as well, you could not miss one single day. Also not an open company were you can work from home if you needed to, simply terrible culture, never felt inspired to work, hated every single morning I went there and felt happy when I left.

      Pros

      Good company with mostly great people. Has a great mission and does try and take care of employees. Sponsored meals weekly and mostly you get freedom to manage things well

      Cons

      Compensation is on the lower side and sometimes it can be chaotic. Siloed organization
