Pros
- Stable projects - Project from one of the reputed bank in Germany. This is biggest project in Trivium eSolutions. - Good learning for freshers as they will give plenty of time to you and make you sit in office. - Co-curricular activities - Recognition in terms of verbal appraisal. - Senior management is active and approachable (But they are just 2 people - One male , One female) after that CEO.
Cons
- No work life balance. During delivery time, we had to work 2-3 months continuously without weekend break - more than 9 hours a day. - No development planning - They don't follow SCRUM and just deliver whatever client demands. - There are no Intra tools (I guess they were working on them, when I left). Joining and exit processes are manual and paper based. - Since they don't have any tools same no learning tool as well. They conduct one training per year only if business demands. - No work from home - Salary less than market standards - Technical Leads and Architects are rude at personal level. They think they are ruling the company. I tried all the way to handle diplomatically, politely and finally became slave for them. But they were just rude. - No transport service. - Senior management consist of only 2-3 people if you not in good reputation with them then your career is finished in Trivium. But they approachable and some of the best people I have ever met.
