      Pros

      The people (non leadership) are brilliant and good at their jobs. Work life balance is ok.

      Cons

      Toxic, jaded and desperate atmosphere, inspired and cultivated by leadership. Below average benefits. Cliquey (if leadership/management feel you are not one of them, they make that very clear indeed). Everyone left is just desperate to keep their jobs in this market and the desperation is contagious. Endless non-performance related redundancies.

      Management and senior is outstanding and lead with heart. Everyone has an entrepreneurial spirt and wish to see the company succeed. Fast paced & Fun.
