      Smart people, great potential. Tech is groundbreaking.

      Cons

      Little feedback or direction given. Personally always in fear of being let go. Very siloed with a small group getting all the focus and attention. This same group lacks real leadership skills and subject to visible mood swings. Zero career planning.
