Falls of deaf ears - Assistant Manager Trojan Storage Employee Review

Money hungry. Bonuses are going out the window left and right. They are phasing out our work for more automated sites so our jobs are at risk. We aren't making a decent amount at all. We do not feel heard even when we speak up we just get told they will tell the upper management and nothing changes. We work bare min hours to keep our insurance and they are in the process of trying to see if they can cut more people's hours. They do not recognize those who go above and beyond and the good workers burn out and leave because nothing is keeping them from leaving. These will all be to their detriment. They say there is growth but that's a joke.
